一、弗维斯大学简介
弗维斯大学2013年9月由布鲁日两所应用科技大学合并而成，目前共有一万多名学生，6个校区，提供商科、健康科学、应用社会学、应用工程技术、生物技术、教育等6大领域的26个本科专业学位课程，是比利时西弗兰德省目前最大应用科技大学之一。

Learning objectives
·Introduce students to health care systems in the tropics
·Introduce students to key tropical health challenges, their presentations, diagnoses, treatment and prevention
·Understand the public health implication of tropical diseases
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students shall be able to:
·Describe key health systems in the tropics
·Describe the main determinants of health
·Identify and classify key pathogens found in the tropics
·Name key diseases found in the tropics
·Describe how key diseases are diagnosed and treated
·Demonstrate how key tropical maladies are investigated
·Describe the levels and role of prevention in tropical health
·Describe the impact of tropical diseases

四、申请要求
- 我院本科生和研究生，且成绩优异、道德品质好，在校期间未受过纪律处分，身心健康，能顺利完成在线学习任务。
- 具有良好的英语基础，英语B1水平（IELTS≥4.0，或TOEFL≥42，或CET4≥500，或CET6≥425），若无以上成绩，可请任课英语老师帮助填写《Certificate of English》（附件 3）。
- 通过选拔的学生，无正当理由不得中途退出该项目。

- 请报名的同学于2022年11月9日12:00前将报名表（附件2）及语言成绩证明电子扫描版（要求PDF格式，多页请扫描成一个连续的PDF，修改文件名为姓名+学号）发至nursingkyb@hznu.edu.cn，并加入钉钉群：4650012354（Tropical healthcare）。
